We recommend that you book your golf as early as possible especially in the height of the season. This
will increase the player's chance of obtaining their chosen Golf Course at the Tee-Time required.

We recommend that prior to placing your Enquiry Booking read our Terms & Conditions and check
the Handicap Requirements of the each course you wish to play.

Lead Name: **	Select - one name to make the the enquiry - Please type the full name (e.g. Bill Woods) One name only required even if the booking is for more than one player or a group.

Telephone: **	Required - Complete one or more of the above additional fields. If country code is not known then type the name of the country.
Hotel or Contact: **	Location - Indicate the name of place in which you will be staying. In the case of hotels it is sufficient to give its name e.g. "Hotel Quinta da Marinha". If you are staying elsewhere please give us the general location and a phone number (e.g. the property phone number, the agents phone number, or your own mobile number)
Tee-Time Details	When advising of times required please note that in general courses utilize a crossover system which allows daily available times up to 10.00 a.m. and after 12.00 p.m.

Every attempt will be made to match your requirements. In the case of no availability of Tee-Time the following steps will be taken:

1) - Alter the sequence of chosen days for golf courses
2) - Reserve on an alternative golf course when specified
3) - Reserve at a different time on the same day specified
4) - Reserve on any other golf course in the area, or reserve again on another already specified course (Unless otherwise indicated)

The Client is to advise in the "Other Special Requests" Box below the action and sequence if no availability by using (1), (2), (3) and (4) as indicated above.

When this possible situation occurs we will make contact by e-mail with our suggested booking alterations for your confirmation or comment.

* There will be a 10 Euros booking fee per golfer
* Soft spikes are required at all golf courses
* We guarantee that all Tee-Times given will allow playing 18 holes
* All buggies and trolleys must be booked direct with the Golf Courses
* In high season we may have to alter the order of the courses to arrange your Tee-Time preferences
