PALHEIRO COURSE - DESCRIPTION
The course offers beautiful views over Funchal Bay and out to sea and the Ilhas Desertas and only some minutes drive from the town of Funchal. Due to the steepness of the land on Madeira Island there is very little space available in which to construct golf courses. This course has achieved the impossible and has been carved between thick exotic vegetation and a pine forest. The architect of the course takes the player through spectacular vegetation with beautiful sea views and at the same time providing an exciting round of golf.
